Our mission
Making Futsal in Nepal Finally
Work the Way It Should.
We've watched court owners spend hours every day managing bookings on WhatsApp. We've played in squads that fell apart because nobody confirmed until 30 minutes before kickoff. We've seen regular teams lose their slots to a double booking — and never come back.
None of that is inevitable. It's just what happens when a community with so much passion operates without a proper system. PlayMitra exists to build that system — not by importing a foreign product, but by building from inside the game, for the people who live it.
Our People
Built by People Who've Felt
the Problem.
PlayMitra didn't start with a business plan. It started with a conversation between people who'd played futsal in Nepal for years — and got tired of the same friction every week.
We're not a Kathmandu office building a generic sports app. We're futsal players and court regulars who decided the problem was worth solving properly. Every feature in PlayMitra has a story — a court owner who told us about losing a regular team over a booking error, a squad that dissolved because no one could agree on positions.
This is personal. The game matters to us. The community matters to us. That's why we're building PlayMitra the right way — slowly, carefully, and in genuine partnership with the courts and players who trust us.
Our Team
The People Behind PlayMitra.
A small, focused team — all passionate about futsal and committed to building something that lasts.
VALUES SUMMARY
What We Believe.
Our values aren't a wall poster. They’re the decisions we make every day.
Nepal First, Always.
We are not localising a foreign product. We are building something that could only have been made from inside this community — for the way futsal actually works here.
The Regular Team Is Sacred.
Futsal in Nepal runs on loyalty. The same teams, the same courts, the same time slots — every week, for years. Everything we build starts with one question: does this protect that ritual?
Courts Are Partners, Not Customers.
We sat with court owners before we wrote a single line of code. Their success is our success. We will not charge until they’ve experienced real value — and we will not stop improving until they do.
The Game Is Bigger Than the Platform.
PlayMitra is a tool. The real thing is the community, the competition, and the friendships built at 7pm on a Wednesday. When the platform disappears and the game gets better, we’ve done our job.
